How to use android studio

I downloaded “DTRLS_Manager_source_R2.0” to study about the application source code, I don’t know how to build a downloaded file in Android Studio. I’m currently using Android Studio 3.0.1, and nothing appears when I press Build Apk. And I have multiple build, grade files and I’m unsure which one I use.
