DW3220 can't SYNC(OSTR)

We are trying to synchronize two DW3220 ICs on a single borad but failed. We used the same synchronization circuit as the two DW1000 ICs BETA PDOA KIT. But the sys time can’t be reset and huge RX time stamp difference still exists between two ICs. Does anybody know why?

DW3000 OSTR Problem
