Hi!
I am developing 470 - 700 MHZ PA based on QPA9510. I would like to know S11 and S22 for this frequency band. Or any recommendations on the design.
Thank you in advance!
Do you have a circuit? Do you have a spice model of the QPA9510? There are some discussions here about S parameters

Hi Hans_Goldenrod!
Thank you for the reply!
I don’t have SPICE model for QPA9510, and I don’t see them on this website provided.
Any ideas how I could get them?
Not really. Initially I thought your post was in the QSpice forum, but now I see it’s in the RF forum. I’m not an RF expert.
This is a large bandwidth to achieve with a PA like the QPA9510. It may be possible dependent on the performance you need, there will be trade offs as you increase bandwidth. Qorvo has done a reference design for 410 to 470MHz, which is a more realistic bandwidth. Do you mean S11 and S22 of the device itself, or after the matching networks? If you contact appsupport@qorvo.com stating your company name and location we can discuss further, and may be able to suggest other devices to meet your requirements.
Note that as the QPA9510 normally operates in the non linear region then s-parameters are of limited value when trying to simulate performance and tune the device.
