Small signal gain can vary as much as +/- 3.5 dB and saturated output power (Psat) can vary +/- 0.8 dB. Also, datasheet performance data is deembedded so when measuring a GaN eval board the gain and power performance will be a bit lower due to EVB losses and heating effects.
