Does anyone know why this happens? I checked the data frame and found that there is a preamble, SFD, and PHR at the beginning, and the data frame comes afterward. Could it be that the 750ns in the CIR waveform corresponds to the reading time of the preamble, SFD, and PHR?
Hello, the CIR you get correspond to the Ipatov preamble. The HW is made like that and the First Path index is always around 750.
Thank you for your response, but I still don’t fully understand. Why is the duration after the first path of the CIR approximately 100ns? Is this related to the length of the transmitted data?
Additionally, I understand that the following diagram shows the data frame format used for UWB transmission. I am using Channel 2, with a preamble length of 1024, PRF of 64 MHz, and a bit rate of 110 kbps.
