Why does User Manual not detail how to read from OTP?

This is not helpful for a User Manual. What is the procedure for reading the OTP registers?

Okay, for information it is this sequence:

Write 0x0001 to 0x0B:08
Write address of OTP I want to read to 0x0B:04
Write 0x0002 to 0x0B:08
Read 32bit data from 0x0B:10
