Why do SiC FETs have lower junction-case thermal resistance Rth-jc?

Why do SiC FETs have lower junction-case thermal resistance (Rth-jc)?

This is because silver sinter die-attach is used in SiC FETs, which has excellent thermal conductivity (6X better than most solder die-attaches). This enables even lower Rth-jc than much larger devices with solder die-attach.
