Why can't I edit my previous comment?

Why can’t I edit my previous comment, though I’m suppose to have rights to be able to edit my comments. Previously, I had up to 1 day, currently I am suppose to have up to 30 days.

  1. Last night I tried to add a screen capture to a post that I created minutes previously, but got some forbidden error.

  2. Today, I tried to tweak some text on another comment that I posted last night and got a 403 error.

WTF???
