Where do I find Application Note APS312 mentioned in the DW3000 user manual?

I’m looking for more information on adjusting the transmit power and spectrum bandwidth. In section 10.2, I am directed to check the application note APS312, but I am not able to find it anywhere. Is the application note mentioned in section 7.2 regarding external power amplification the same one as APS312?
