In the Note APS006_Part3 , I saw the Luep，this note tell me:
Luep = (Number of peaks above the new low threshlod)/(Maximun possible peaks in the anslysis window); then ,Maximum possible peaks int the analysis window = (length of the analysis Window -1)/2
well,i want to know ,what is the vaule of “length of the analysis Window”,is it the const of 16???
this note does not say how do i get this value . please tell me who do i get this value.
