Using CLI is it possible to read the board Serial Number?

Hi, I am using the DWM3001CDK module and when there are numerous boards connected via USB to a computer it is difficult to tell which board I am connected to unless I remember which board has established which COM value at the moment.

On the Qorvo DWM3001C module it lists the following:
FCC ID:
IC ID:
SN:

Is there a way to use the CLI serial commands to read the SN value?

Looking at the Developer documentation I thought maybe the “DECAID” command would do it, but apparently none of the ID values shown match the board SN:

Is there a way I can read the board serial number so I can tell which board I am connected to without unplugging other boards?

Thanks,
Clint

Hi Clint,

Unfortunately no. The serial number of the module has to do with the production date as mentioned in the data sheet below. However, this is not part of the OTP which would be the only place that this information could be retrieved from. The SoC ID and other IDs that you see from the DECAID command are related to the transceiver, DW3110, inside the module.
