I try to simulate this circuit at 500 Mhz and I want to obtain the gain of either 21-22 dB where I used the Amplifier called TQP3M9036. I also attached the image of the circuit that I did, could please help me how to overcome from this issue and here I am performing the AC analysis of the circuit.
Read this first. I expect you want to run s-parameter simulation. Your .ac statement is from 0Hz, well, check your s-parameter file, not suggest to set start and stop freq over the range of .s2p measured.
