I am having trouble loading a floorplan using the TREK1000 software package. Has anyone been able to load a file and have it render successfully on screen? When I select a file type nothing renders anywhere on the grid. Are there any requirements regarding file type, size, etc?

I changed the size of the plan image and it worked. It was less than 10 kb.
