I want to make a following robot.
I know that iPhones 11-13 support direction estimates on-device, but I want to go the other way (find direction estimate on my robot). Apple Watches only support finding distance using UWB.
I am considering a DWM3220-based PCB with two antennas (so I can PDoA), but I can’t find any resources on whether an Apple Watch can be used as a simple tag.
Has anyone tracked an Apple Watch from a DWM3000 chipset?
