TQP7M9104 Vbias and Iref circuits

Hello!

I use TQP7M9104 amplifier in the 625-650 MHz frequency band.
I use the Reference Design circuit for the 615-655 MHz frequency band.
The question is in the Vbias and Iref circuits.

  1. In the Reference Design 869-894 MHz, D3 is used, why is it needed? And is it needed when working at 640 MHz?
  2. C13, why is it needed for 869-894 MHz and not used in the 615-655 MHz band? What effect does this have?
  3. What is the maximum operating current that the amplifier can handle when running at full power in continuous mode?
