TQP3M9037 Noise Data

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m interested the TQP3M9037, the s-parameters that are provided on the product page a somewhat limited. (i.e. different Vcc and Icc) I’m looking at using this part at Vdd=+3.3V, Idd=48mA , but the s-parameter file under those conditions contains no noise data. It seems very odd to me that for a ultra low noise amplifier, Qorvo would bother to provide s-parameter without the corresponding noise data for the associated bias conditions.

Is there a more extensive collection of s-parameters available?

We do have noise parameters available for this product under the standard data sheet bias condition of 5V. We also have S-parameters available at 3.3V. Please email appsupport@qorvo.com to request this data and an FAE can help to provide this information.
