TQL9092 Noise Figure with Vdd=3.3 V

Hi,

In the datasheet of the TQL9092 does not appear the data for Noise Figure under 1700 MHz. I was wondering which is the maximum Noise Figure value from 1200 to 1600 MHz. Could you help me with this information?

NF should be fairly flat below 1700MHz, so below 0.6dB at 25C. You could also look at the newer LNAs on the next gen pHEMT process, QPL9057, QPL9058 and QPL9547. These should have slightly lower NF.
