I will make a guess as to what you are asking about but you will probably need to post a lot more information than that to get any helpful replies.
While the sync pin on the DWM1000 is available it’s use is somewhat limited. It’s primary purpose is to synchronize systems that are using a common clock. The DWM1000 has an internal clock meaning that while you can sync two modules using the sync input they will immediately start to drift apart again.
This reason is why the datasheet for the module doesn’t list sync as being available on the DMW1000.
