I trying to create a model using the .lib file that TI has on their website.
I’ve attached the .txt file along with a simple Qspice schematic.
Any help would be appreciated.

For the TI complex model, I suggest to first replicate its TINA-TI or PSpice for TI examples provided with the model file.
Here are the startup and steady schematics replicated from its PSpice examples, along with the simulation setup according to its simulation profile (e.g. gear integration, with maxstep etc…).
