Yes, I got some data from our IC characterization team and Design team about the thermal resistance of the LNA. However, Qorvo doesn’t include that information for the LNA datasheets.

If you could specify the VDD and VCTRL voltage levels, operation mode(bypass and gain), duty cycle and ambient temperature, I can provide the junction to ambient thermal resistance from the IC characterization test report.

Yes, knowing the Rthja value would be great.
VDD is 1.8V, VCTRL is 1.8V, operation mode is on gain. I am not sure on the duty cycle. The max ambient would be 60C.
I can check with my team on the mode and duty cycle if needed.

I don’t have the ambient temp 60C but I can provide this.

Nominal LNA gain, VDD:1.8V , VCTRL: 1.8V, LNA in: -25 dBm, LNA out: -11.5 dBm, Output load: VSWR:2, Duty cycle:12 %, Tambient: 85C, Frequency: 6500, Modulation: CW, Idd: 11.58 mA

Θja = 210 C/W
