very briefly:

CH5: Wifi 6E is coming to the interfere with CH5 so it is expected to have some additional issues. However CH5 is a lower frequency than CH9 so it penetrates trough obstacles a bit. CH5 is not allowed in JP.

CH9: Is a response to WIFI 6E issue, worse penetration is compensated with a bit better sensitivity of the DW3K chip. You can use it in JP.
