Tera Term issue with MDEK

Hi,

I’ve got an MDEK network with 3 anchors and 1 tag up and running (the app is working well) and I would like to log the ranges to the tag via UART, as explained in Section of the MDEK manual.

So I installed J-Link and Tera Term as explained there and when I start Tera Term it suggests the COM4 port. But when I click on OK the “Serial Port Setup” screen does not appear as it is supposed to.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Felix,

Are you working under windows ? If yes, can you check in the device manager that the virtual com port you’re trying to connect to is associated to “JLINK CDC UART PORT” driver ?
