Tag with 4 anchor not calculating position

Hi,
I have 4 anchors (one of them is the initiator), a tag, one gateway and one listener.

The tag is placed in LOS to the 4 anchor (1993 is initiator) BUT the position received in the gateway/listenter does not include the coordinates, we wonder why it may happen (there is excellent LOS) and also, is there a way for us to receive the tag raw data (Anchor position and distance ) in the listener so we would calculate the coordinates ??

The distance between the anchors is around 3 meters, is it too short? what is the min recommended distance between two anchors as well as the best altitude?

I really appreciate your help.

This is the Tag lep command:

I am also new and on progress with this technology. I was having same problem as yours but I solved by correcting positions of the anchors in the DRTLS, enter correct anchor positions.
