Is there a need for a driver on the inverter switches? Even with the switching introduced on the high side fets, the voltage at pha is incorrect and does not switch at all.
it can be applied directly in LTspice but not in Qspice.
If you run my demo schematic, as the switch I used is ideal and with gate isolated, whatever you apply 0/1V can turn it on. If you need to drive practice FET in simulation model, of course, you have deal with the driving.
