That should be the TPQ9111…
There is no Spice model available for the TQP9111. There are small signal s-parameters for the TQP9111 on the web here. QSpice should support s-parameters as detailed in this forum post. Typically programs like ADS or AWR are used for s-parameter simulations. You could also try Qorvo’s Match Calc program.
