Hi,

I had an old project which is using dwm1001 for tag and anchor modules. now we we are using DWM1001_PANS_R2.0.hex as firmware, there is a new requirement to add new feature, I would like to ask the source code of factory image

PANS was never open source.
You could try asking @leapslabs, they wrote it, but if the source is avalible they will probably want to charge you for it.
