Some data frames are missing in the ranging phase

Hi,

Recently, We found some data frames were lost in data transmission. In other words, tag wouldn’t receive correct ResponseMessage successfully after tag sends PollMessage to anchor, even though we are pretty sure that anchor did response to the PollMessage. Can someone explain why? Or the direction of the problem? Maybe hardware? Any details would be grateful.

Hi,

I’m pretty sure that the normal ranging task is at normal state. Because I can get tag’s correct position.
