Simulation of UCC27282 in Qspice

I have a series of errors when I try to run a simulation of UCC27282, for buck boost converter

Can i get some help please?
I generated the symbol by control C the control V, ticked the box for include all file!
I got the model (.SUBCKT) from TI

Can I upload the Qspice file please?

Here is to replicate UCC27282 PSpice Transient Model from TI.
Your account need a higher trust level before you can upload attachment, but not sure exactly what you have to do to earn that level. Here is a reference I found when I navigate through a badge I earned : Understanding Discourse Trust Levels

Hi,
Many thanks for that
I tried to run the simulation but still gave me the same errors as I listed
Is it to do with the version of Qspice ?

Suded

You cannot run to the waveform viewer window from the schematic I upload in previous post? Or is there warning in the output window, but the waveform still pops up? The warning is related to the model itself, and you can possibly just ignore it unless you believe it is providing incorrect results.

Or, the simulation file cannot be run is refer to your simulation. As there can be other devices or setup that creating error.

Here is an example of why “ignoring shorted resistor” is returned as TI model shorted a resistor in its model.

Hi,
There is a warning and the waveform doesnt show up
I have the following errors when running the simulation on your schematic:

Ignoring shorted resistor: “RSDUM•XNSW1•X_U1_U11•X1”
Warning: Unresolved parameter: “RONVAL”
GOUT: Trouble evaluating “” for I.
Warning: Unresolved parameter: “RONVAL”
GOUT: Trouble evaluating “” for I.
Ignoring shorted resistor: “RSDUM•XNSW2•X_U1_U11•X1”
Ignoring shorted resistor: “RSDUM•XNSW1•X_U1_U12•X1”
Warning: Unresolved parameter: “RONVAL”
GOUT: Trouble evaluating “” for I.

Ignoring shorted resistor: “RSDUM•XNSW2•X_U1_U12•X1”
C:\Users\semma\OneDrive\Desktop\Qspice files\example.UCC27282.qsch
Fatal error: Missing expression in B-source GOUT•XPSW1•X_U1_U12•X1

No waveform appears after the above errors! same as my simulation file same errors!

Sorry its No waveform window*

No problem from latest version of Qspice. I checked option and cannot identify anything in option that can prevent this schematic from running. Are you using most update version of Qspice?

Hi,
I updated Qspice to latest version, your example file is working many thanks, there are few warnings but they are ignored and simulation is running!
I will regenerate all models(.SUBCKT) in my schematics with the updated version and try to run a new simulation
Thanks again
Best regards,
Suded

Hi,
Many thanks again, I managed to run the simulation of my schematic for Synchronous Buck Boost converter, Its running faster than LTspice by a margin
Thanks for your help
Im getting used to GUI, its really good! I could do all the power measurements which are printed in the bottom window that is really handy!

Suded
