SiC Mosfet for Inverter Multilevel

I want to use SiC MOSFETs to analyze a multilevel inverter circuit to achieve a THD of below 5%. What type of SiC MOSFET should I use?

I just used the built in QSpice SIC FEt models for a 3 level bidirectional boost converter going from 400V to ~900V. The Qorvo parts seem to be very competitive. The control logic was done in verilog.
