SiC Gate Charge with the Model Generator

Hi,
I ma trying to create a SiC Model from the datasheet. I have a question about how select points in the gate charge tab when the datasheet of the device also a negative Vgs as in the picture below. I need to consider only the positive value of Vgs. I have seen that origin (0,0) can’t be modify in the Model generation program.

I asked Mike about the gate charge not starting with Vgs=0V. (this type of gate-charge curve normally appear in SiC FET datasheet). He replied that the best approach for the model generator is to map the origin as below.
