In qorvo.com, go to MENU – INNOVATION – Power Solutions – SiC Power. On the top right side of this webpage, you can see there is a FETJet CALCULATOR. Click Start Designing Now and start your design and selection!

Thanks mike, I noticed there are some good tutorials for using the calculator and I was able to find the calculator’s recommended part in QSPICE for the design. Are there any recommended design practices for integrating the calculator’s component into the project?

Hi, thanks for your interest! Unfortunately, we don’t have this function now to link the Qspice and the calculator. We may have a plan later for this.
