I don’t know if it exists, but I haven’t found a way to find components in the symbol tree. If it doesn’t exist, it would be an improvement that would help me. I believe it is possible to add a text box with the search function in the tree of symbols and IPs.
I’d vote for that.

In Documents in sub folder Qspice I had created TOOLBOX folder.
Add that TOOLBOX to Qspice tree.
In that folder we can create all subfolders with all components as you want.
Try to learn how Qspice symbols are created and duplicate them - saving in your own TOOLBOX subfolders.
Now I have no problem with capacitors and resistors in correct orientation, and with all transistors taked from LTSpice
I can simply drag them
