RXD and TXD on DWM1001-DEV

Hi everyone,

I’m experimenting with the dwm1001 dev board, it seems the RXD and TXD from the STM are connected to the DWM1001.

I’ve removed the solder joint on J14 J15 and I can still program the device.

What is the purpose of RXD and TXD?

Programming of the dwm1001 Nordic MCU is via the SWD pins.
The STM provides this functionality emulating a JLINK.
In addition the STM provides a Virtual comm port between the Nordic MCU and the PC. The Nordic UART pins are connected to this port.
