RMS & Average of a Waveform

Is there a way to quickly get the RMS & Average of a waveform, like what’s in LT?

Cntrl-Right click on a plot label. You can do Average, Max,Min, Peak to Peak, RMS, AC_RMS(removes DC first), and Integrate:

NOTE: These values refer to the waveforms shown on the screen. Therefore, you must plot X periods (integer X >= 1).
