Can any one help with Rise and Fall time of TGA223 VDS to RF. Also can it be operated at gate pulsing ?

When drain pulsing the rise/fall time will be in the region of 100-200ns. You could operate the TGA2237 with gate pulsing. This app note on pulsed operation may be useful.
