Do you have any recommendations for the RF Switches (for an external Low Noise Amplifier) when connected to the DW3000 working at 8.5GHz?

Thanks, I looked at these but I was a little concerned about the switching speed especially when using the very short chirps of the DW3000.
Hi David,
I assume you need these switches to bypass the LNA for TX operation.
Switching between TX and RX should not be a problem with these two switches that I suggested.
What is the purpose of using these switches and what is your required switching speed requirement?
