Hi, I am looking for IP1dB, IIP3 and NF vs Freq plots for this part. Can you please send this data in a tabular or graphic format. Thanks!

Hello. We do not have an IIP3 plot, so the datasheet value of 74 dBm at 2 GHz is all we have. There are three Input P0.1dB data points in the spec. table that are all quite close over the operating frequency range: 80-2000 MHz = 45.5 dBm, 2000-2700 MHz = 45 dBm, 2700-4200 MHz = 44 dBm. NF would essentially be S21 over frequency (page 5 of the datasheet).
