Reverse breakdown voltage for QPD2120D

Hello

Could someone provide me with the reverse breakdown voltage of QPD2120D? We’ve had some issues during production and our manufacturing engineer is requesting this additional information.

Hi,
In the datasheet, it shows it’s 15V. But this is a RF product, not a power product, so I don’t know more information. Please post questions on Ultra-Wideband subcategory, maybe they will know.

Hello Anthony. The datasheet notes: Gate-Drain breakdown voltage and Gate-Source breakdown voltage of -15V. Which reverse breakdown are you requesting? If you email appsupport@qorvo.com we can get others involved for your account.
