I am planning to use the QPC2420SR RF switch in a future high-frequency design and would like to evaluate its performance through simulation before proceeding with the hardware design.
Could you please share the S-parameter (S2P) files for the QPC2420SR? If available, I would also appreciate S-parameter data at different operating temperatures (e.g., -40°C, 25°C, and +85°C) for temperature-dependent simulations.
Additionally, if an evaluation board is available for this device, could you please let me know how it can be obtained? If possible, I would also appreciate it if you could share the evaluation board Gerber files, PCB layout, or design files to assist with my PCB design and simulation.
