We are currently integrating your DWM1000 UWB module into an electronic board designed by our company. We have downloaded the EU Declaration of Conformity for the DWM1000 module available on the Qorvo website.
As part of our preparation for RED and EMC compliance testing of our product, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with the test reports related to the DWM1000 module under Directive 2014/53/EU (Radio Equipment Directive).
These documents would greatly assist us in the conformity assessment process of our final equipment.
We would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations concerning RED and EMC compliance testing.

The DWM1000 doesn’t have modular approval. You will need to perform the full set of intentional transmitter testing and certification on your final product.
Just to clarify - I am not Qorvo or in any way related to them. I just use the parts.
As far as I am aware the only module with modular certification is the DWM1001C but only when running the PANS firmware which is closed source. Any other firmware and the certification is invalidated and you’re back to your own certification process.
Which makes sense since the regulations are based on average power over 1 ms, the maximum allowed transmit power is going to be dependent on the packet size and possibly frequency of your transmissions.
Even if there are other certified offerings (either from Qorvo or other 3rd parties) they are only going to be certified for a specific firmware and radio configuration.
It wouldn’t be possible to create a certified module that allowed the integrator to run their own firmware because the certification is dependent on the firmware.
