Request for PA and LNA Recommendations for 300 MHz

Dear Qorvo Team,

We are planning to design a Wi-Fi frequency shifter to convert 2442 MHz to 300 MHz with a 20 MHz bandwidth, using the Qorvo RFFC5071A mixer. Our required output power is in the range of 2 – 4 W.

Could you please recommend a suitable power amplifier and LNA for the 300 MHz range from Qorvo’s product portfolio?
