For this week’s QSPICE schematic capture, we have “LU1014D Amplifier” by our friend and frequent schematic capture contributor Alexander Bordodynov.
This simulation demonstrates a simple single-ended audio amplifier built around the LU1014D depletion-mode MOSFET and an IRF610 output device.
The results show a clean 1 kHz output waveform with low harmonic distortion, while the FFT provides a clear view of the amplifier’s spectral performance. QSPICE makes it easy to move from schematic capture to waveform analysis and distortion characterization in a single environment.
