This week’s QSPICE Schematic Capture features an impressive LLC resonant converter demonstrating QSPICE’s ability to simulate complete power electronics systems from our friend Jari Honkanen.
Highlights include:
• Half-bridge LLC resonant topology
• GaN Systems GS66508B primary switches
• High-frequency transformer and resonant tank
• onsemi Schottky output rectifiers
• Custom DLL-based controller generating the gate-drive signals
