Qspice mosfet model generator issue

Hi,

I have tried using the Qspice mosfet model generator to model infineon’s IPP069N20NM6 mosfet. (datasheet can be found here: Datasheet IPP069N20NM6)

I am getting an error when I click crunch on the output characteristics. The calculated Rds shows up as -nan(ind)Ω (can be seen in the figure below)

Your Rs and Rd are 2.21 ohms, I guess you put ~5ohms in Rds(on) instead of 5m ohms.

That worked for me, thank you.
I put 5.9 instead of 5.9m in the preliminaries for Rds(on)
