Which is the maximum output power the QPL9547 can deliver?
Is it higher than the 1 dB compression point listed on the component datasheet (about 22 dBm)?

The QPL9547 can be driven to higher than P1dB. P3dB compression is ~1dB higher than P1dB. Beyond P3dB power will not increase much. Please make sure not to exceed input power limits.
