QPL9547 25 MHz operation

I would like to use the QPL9547 as an IF amplifier at 25 MHz.
Do you think this is a viable solution?
Is there a recommended matching network for this frequency?
Could there be stability issues?
The S-parameters available on the Qorvo site start at 100 MHz.
Are there any measurements of the device starting at a frequency lower than 25 MHz?

Hi Alberto,

QPL9547 is capable for low frequency applications, but there is no reference design for 25MHz. I attached s-parameter files which is down to 5MHz. Since the TRL calibration kit is designed for 600MHz and higher, so low frequency data is only for reference. It is better than nothing. This s-parameter shows the device is conditional stable at low frequency. The truth is that is due to the calibration residuals. We have the calibration OPEN checked. The OPEN s11 and s22 s-parameter file is also attached.
