QPL9095 datasheet describes pin 3 as N/C, no internal connection. Can I connect the pin to GND to improve groundings in our PCB layout design? Can pin grounding degrade LNA performance?
Yes you could ground pin 3. On the Qorvo eval board it is open circuit.
