In the QPA9510 datasheet, specifically in the Bill of Materials section on page 18, please tell me the recommended manufacturers and part numbers for L3 and L4.
L3=1uH is correct ?

Yes, L3 is 1uH on the 450MHz EVB02 BOM. This is from Taiyo Yuden, p/n NR3012T1R0N. Looks like Taiyo Yuden are phasing this part out. There are no doubt alternatives from various vendors like Coilcraft. L4 is Murata Electronics LQW15AN2N4B80D.
