QPA2640D datasheet metioned that it can operate 20V. Harmonics data mising and it can able to generate 10W Output at30GHz
Harmonic data is not available for the QPA2640D. This is due to the fact that harmonics occur at very high frequencies and are difficult to measure.
The QPA2640D should typically produce output power of 10W at 30GHz at 20V. Output power would depend on the conditions, for example pulsed signal or continuous. If running continuous at 20V you’d need to be very careful with mounting and cooling the device. Please note that with part-part variation it’s possible that some devices could fall below 10W. It depends what minimum output power you need from the PA in your system.
