Is the Qorvo SiC JFET avalanche capable?
All Qorvo SiC JFETs are avalanche tested during production, and avalanche information is in the datasheets. However, due to the small chip size, the avalanche energy capability is very limited. It is recommended to operate within the rated voltage.
